This Refund Policy governs subscription purchases for Smartflow digital tools operated by Smartby LLC. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Methods

Subscriptions to Smartflow tools may be purchased using different payment methods, including online payments processed by Paddle (merchant of record) and direct bank transfers facilitated through third-party providers such as Wise. This Refund Policy applies to all payment methods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Free Trial and First Subscription Period

We offer a seven (7) day free trial for first-time subscribers only. During this initial trial period, users may cancel their subscription at any time without charge. If the subscription is canceled within the trial period, no payment will be collected.

The free trial is available once per user. Subsequent subscriptions or reactivations are not eligible for an additional trial period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only for the initial subscription period and only in exceptional circumstances. Once the free trial period has ended and the subscription payment has been successfully processed, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

4. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, your access to the Smartflow tools will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and your account will not be closed or restricted during this time.

5. Refund Requests and Processing

Refund requests must be submitted using the same email address associated with the original purchase. For payments processed via Paddle, refund requests must be submitted through Paddle’s support system. For direct bank transfer payments, refund requests must be submitted directly to Smartby LLC for review.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible and may take several business days to complete, depending on the payment provider.

If you experience any issues or believe the tools do not meet your expectations, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team.
